What's Inspected:
I take great pride in assuring that every component in your house, from the roof top down to the foundation, is safe and functions accordingly.

The Standard Home Inspection Report will Include:

A detailed report is compiled on a tablet, including color photographs, and is shared via e-mail with the client within 24 hours of the inspection. My inspection abides with the "ASHI STANDARDS OF PRACTICE"


The following building systems are thoroughly inspected:

✓   Basement, foundation, any crawlspace.
✓   Roof structure, vents, flashing, trim.
✓   House exterior, including grading and drainage.
✓   House interior, windows, doors, cabinets, appliances.
✓   Fireplaces and chimneys.
✓   Plumbing, fixtures and faucets, water heating systems, main shut-off valve.
✓   Electrical panels, breakers, wiring in attic, GFCI's, AFCI's, plug-ins.
✓   Attic areas, insulation, ventilation, structural framing.
✓   Heating and cooling systems.
✓   Garage doors, safety sensors and openers.

Request an Inspection:

I encourage my clients to be present during the inspection process, providing them with a chance to ask questions and share with me what areas of the house they are concerned about.
I also like to convey what maintenance the client should be implementing, and inform them regarding the main shut-off areas in conjunction with plumbing and electrical.
I am a member of ASHI American Society of Home Inspection.

I possess a B1 General Contractor's License from the state of California (LICENSE #879609), providing me with additional knowledge and expertise regarding your home.
